Our Cortijo is an idyllic rural retreat just a stone's throw from the village, situated roughly 500 meters away. Here, you'll find all the conveniences you could wish for, including a variety of restaurants, stores, a bakery, a butcher, a fishmonger, and even a gym.
Our house has undergone a recent top-to-bottom renovation, ensuring that it offers all the modern comforts required for an exceptional stay. Take a dip in our swimming pool, nestled amidst lush fruit trees, or enjoy a leisurely day lounging in the cool shade on our very large terrace. This outdoor haven features a cozy lounge space and a dining area adjacent to a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen.
And when you're ready for a change of scenery, the coast is just a 30-minute journey away. The house is wonderful to live in during the winter time as well, as it has insulating window glass and house itself is well insulated with good heating.
The residence boasts four elegantly furnished bedrooms, each equipped with its own en suite bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds measuring 180 cm wide. The remaining two feature a double bed composed of two 90 cm wide beds that can be easily separated if needed. All beds and mattresses are of exceptional quality.
Upon request, additional beds can be provided in certain bedrooms to accommodate extra guests.

Each bedroom boasts elegant en-suite bathrooms, complete with showers, toilets, and ample space for your toiletries. Additionally, every bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. The kitchen is an Andalusian dream itself. Imagine being able to squeeze freshly picked oranges while looking out over an olive grove or over the courtyard.
It is equipped with everything you need. Here there is, among other things, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric stove top and oven, toaster and microwave and coffee maker. A large amount of different kinds of glasses and plates and cutlery. There are large areas to prepare both breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a kitchen island with seating.
The dining area, beautifully decorated, connects to the kitchen and accommodates up to 10 guests. The patio doors opens up to the olive grove and reveals a charming seating area and a pathway leading to the inviting pool. See Gallery
Located on the first floor, there is a welcoming and comfortable living space which includes a smart TV offering a wide range of channels and a cozy stove for chilly nights. This room features two spacious sofas and a plush armchair for relaxation. Additionally, wifi is available for your convenience. For entertainment, there is a collection of board games stored in the TV cabinet for your enjoyment.
Our huge covered terrace is the perfect spot to witness both the sunrise and sunset, with the majestic village of Comares perched atop the mountain, forming the centerpiece of this panoramic fantastic vista. From here you can also see the sea!
The terrace is designed to provide a respite from the sun's intensity and is equipped with a spacious lounge area that can accommodate a large gathering, as well as an ample dining table with seating for at least 10 guests. To complete the al fresco experience, there's a fully appointed outdoor kitchen featuring a grill, sink, gas stove, and refrigerator.
The pool is situated roughly 40 meters beneath the residence, nestled amidst olive and orange groves. A grassy area encircles the pool, complete with sunbeds for relaxation. For those seeking respite from the sun, umbrellas and an al fresco shower are provided. The presence of a small stream and a natural spring gives you the opportunity to listen to rippling water
Access to the pool is granted by a gently sloping, paved pathway with minimal steps. Caution is advised for families with young children, as the garden on one side of the dwelling features varying levels and is not entirely enclosed by fencing.
The garden is located in front of the house and it boasts a lot of different trees, plants, flowers and herbs. Feel free to take a walk around the grounds where there are hundreds of olive trees and just as many orange trees. Take the opportunity to pick an orange and enjoy all the smells and impressions that you can then carry with you in your memory!
